Arteche breaks ground on new High Voltage Instrument Transformers plant

Arteche has broken ground on its new High Voltage Instrument Transformers manufacturing facility in Dalian, China, marking a new milestone in the execution of its 2024–2026 Strategic Plan.

This new plant will increase Arteche’s capabilities and enable a fast start-up of operations, allowing the company to respond more efficiently to the growing global demand for high-voltage solutions driven by the energy transition and ongoing investment in electrical grid infrastructure.

Located in one of the world’s most dynamic and fast-growing energy markets, the facility will strengthen Arteche’s access to the Asia-Pacific region while enhancing proximity to customers. This will allow the company to better support their projects and support their electrification journey with greater agility and responsiveness.

The project also reinforces Arteche’s long-term commitment to China, as the company approaches the 20th anniversary of its first manufacturing facility in the country. Over the past two decades, Arteche has built a solid industrial presence in the region, becoming a trusted partner for utilities and industrial customers.

With this new plant, Arteche continues to expand its global industrial footprint, increase its capacity to capture demand and reinforce its commitment to supporting customers worldwide in the transformation of the energy sector.
